Creating safe spaces, sustainable futures, and resilient communities through sport, mentorship, education, and outreach.
Somali Youth Resilience (SYR) empowers youth in Norway and Somalia through education, mental health awareness, mentoring, and crime prevention — serving young people aged 10 to 23.
We take participation seriously, helping young people become role models through values like Fair Play, teamwork, and legal awareness. From outreach in Mogadishu to seminars in Jigjiga and mentorship in Oslo, SYR bridges continents and communities.
SYR is proudly non-partisan, focused solely on the well-being, development, and futures of Somali youth wherever they are in the world.
